Dr. Stanley Gavriel, DPT, FAAOMPT

Dr. Stanley Gavriel earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro University California College of Health Sciences in 2006. During his clinical rotations, he gained extensive experience across diverse healthcare settings, including spinal cord injury rehabilitation, general hospital rehabilitation at prestigious institutions such as Mount Sinai and NYU, sports rehabilitation, and leading orthopedic clinics.

Following graduation, Dr. Gavriel honed his clinical expertise at Mount Sinai Hospital and NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases before establishing his private practice in New York in 2008.

Advanced Certifications and Training:

Dr. Gavriel holds the Diploma in Osteopractic from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy (AAMT), with advanced training in comprehensive manual therapy techniques, including spinal and extremity manipulation, dry needling, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.

He completed prestigious fellowship training in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy under the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT), earning the distinguished FAAOMPT credential—the highest level certification achievable in the physical therapy profession.

Additional specialized training includes certification with Dr. MA through the American Dry Needling Institute in Pain Management, Sports and Trauma Rehabilitation, and advanced training in Biomagnetism with Dr. Luis F. Garcia, MD.
